We have extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving a wide variety of tort claims. Our litigation team has advised and represented clients in tort cases involving claims for fraud, construction defects, premise liability, wrongful foreclosure and repossession, and products liability. We have also represented individuals and corporations in complex business tort cases involving claims for securities fraud, FDCPA/FCRA actions, civil RICO violations, and fraudulent transfers. We work closely with our clients to craft effective strategies in tort cases, and when appropriate we help ensure that third party sureties and insurers fulfill their obligations to defend our clients.
