Therese “Terri” Malloy is the paralegal to Stephen Andrews, John Killeen, and Ralitsa Francois in the Firm’s family law practice group. Terri joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in 2018 as a legal assistant and was promoted to Paralegal after earning her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University later that year. Terri supports the family law team with e-filing, discovery demands and responses, legal research, drafting court documents, and initiating and processing discovery for high asset divorces with all Superior Courts in Georgia. She assists with Probate and Fiduciary litigation matters and is also responsible for drafting documents, file management, and corresponding with lawyers, legal staff, and clients.
Terri is from Lakewood, Ohio, and holds a Psychology degree from Bowling Green State University. Terri is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters and two dogs. When she isn’t working, Terri loves to tackle home improvement projects.
