Patricia Gresham

Patricia brings more than 40 years of experience as a legal assistant, where she supports the firm’s Corporate team with deep institutional knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and decades of experience in commercial real estate law. Her extensive experience, commitment to accuracy, and collaborative approach make her a valued resource for both the firm’s attorneys and its clients. Patricia is also a Notary Public.

Outside the office, Patricia has a lifelong passion for English Springer Spaniels. Under her kennel name, Caribel, she trains and competes in AKC events and has earned multiple awards through the English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association. She is also the author of two copyrighted publications on early South Carolina real estate deeds and is currently researching and writing a historical novel inspired by the Atlanta Police Department in the 1920s and 1930s.
