Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. was founded in 1986 by law school classmates who shared a common approach for practicing law and a passion for providing clients with creative solutions to their legal needs. Although we retain our collegial culture from those origins, we have grown by selectively adding attorneys who excel in their respective areas of expertise.

We provide sophisticated and responsive legal services to a wide range of individuals and businesses. Our practice encompasses general business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, tax planning, commercial real estate, divorce and family law trust and estate litigation, health care, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, finance, secured lending, employee benefits, debt collection and general civil litigation. We serve a national client base and provide counsel to international clients as well.

As a mid-size firm, we are able to provide personal attention to our clients and their needs. While creating and maintaining the personal relationships characteristic of our Firm, each of our attorneys has expertise in one or more specialized areas of vital importance to our clients, which allows us to serve our clients’ needs most effectively. We have worked with client matters in 47 states and over 30 countries. Additionally, our attorneys are leaders in our general community and in the legal industry.
