Stephen C. Andrews

Stephen C. Andrews is a founding member of the Firm, concentrating his practice on all aspects of complex and high net worth family law, including divorce, alimony, custody, support, property division, and antenuptial agreements. Steve also handles estate, trust, probate, and guardianship litigation in which he defends executors, administrators, trustees, guardians and other fiduciaries from disputed claims. He prosecutes “will contests” and other litigation involving claims of fraud, mismanagement, forgery, undue influence, incapacity, and breach of fiduciary duty by those who have been wrongfully deprived of their assets or inheritance. His extensive experience includes disputes and trials throughout the State of Georgia, and appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Steve brings order to chaos with creative, cost-effective solutions to complex problems.

Among other honors, Steve is peer rated AV® Preeminent™ (the highest possible rating) by the legal rating service, Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer since 2004 (chosen by his peers through the independent research of Law & Politics magazine in Atlanta Magazine), including five (5) years as a Top 100 Lawyer in the State of Georgia. He has also been selected by Georgia Trend magazine as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite. Steve is also a frequent lecturer on family law and fiduciary litigation topics.
