Sarah Bittner
Legal Clerk
Sarah Bittner is a legal clerk on BRAWW Law’s Corporate and Transactional team, where she assists with business transactions, contract matters, and intellectual property matters.
Sarah first joined BRAWW as a summer associate in 2025 while earning her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she also spent more than two years as a Legal Compliance Intern with UGA Athletics, where she reviewed name, image and likeness (NIL) agreements, maintained player and personnel contracts, and assisted with NCAA compliance matters. The experience gave her an early opportunity to work at the intersection of contracts, business interests, and an evolving regulatory environment.
At UGA Law, Sarah served as Vice President of Sports for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and on the Managerial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property, where she received the journal’s Outstanding Service Award in 2026. She is also a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
Sarah was drawn to the legal profession by the opportunity to build relationships with people while working on different challenges from one day to the next. That combination is particularly appealing to her in a corporate practice, where understanding the people and businesses behind a legal matter can be just as important as understanding the documents involved.
A Duluth, Georgia native, Sarah now lives in Atlanta and is happy to have much of her family nearby, including her new niece, with whom she loves spending time. Outside the office, she enjoys working out, traveling, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
