Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with 3 – 5 years’ experience supporting a commercial litigation practice.
This position provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to helping us meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities of this position consist of the following :
- Maintain files and documents using a practice management system.
- Draft, revise and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Enter attorney time and handle billing.
- Review case dockets, transmit, download and organize electronic documents and files.
- Schedule and organize meetings and other events.
- Maintain attorney calendars and case deadlines.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills, self -direction, responsiveness and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines. This position requires a proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
