Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters, with a focus on real estate transactions and intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Advise clients on copyright and trademark issues, ensuring complete compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative legal strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Georgia bar membership.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and intellectual property (copyright and trademark).
• Established portable book of business.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
