Angela Spears

Angela Spears is an associate attorney, focusing on business and commercial litigation, contract matters, and general corporate law. A passionate advocate by nature, Angela is dedicated to helping clients resolve complex disputes and achieve their goals with clarity, strategy, and confidence. She brings a strong foundation of litigation experience to her practice, having represented clients at every stage of legal proceedings, from arraignment and motion hearings to negotiation and trial, under Georgia’s 2L/3L Student Practice Act before being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2022.
Before joining Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, Angela served as a judicial staff attorney for the Honorable Chief Judge Holly Veal in the Superior Court of Henry County, where she drafted judicial orders and memoranda in complex civil and family law cases and provided in-depth legal research and analysis to support high-level decisions. She also gained valuable insight into the judicial process as a judicial intern for the Superior Court of Fulton County and served as pro bono assistant general counsel for Resurrection House for All Nations, advising leadership on contracts, regulatory compliance, and real estate matters.
A graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. with honors, Angela also holds a B.A. in History from Emory and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta. Known for her thoughtful, client-first approach, she is committed to delivering strategic counsel and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Powder Springs, Georgia, Angela now lives in Fayetteville. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, dancing, and thrifting, and values time spent with her close-knit family.
