Ralitsa Francois
Ralitsa C. François is an associate at the Firm, who focuses on commercial litigation and family law litigation matters. She brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to her work, shaped by diverse legal experience and a strong personal commitment to advocacy.
A graduate of the Charleston School of Law, Ralitsa was a CALI recipient for Legal Research & Writing I, an assistant editor for the Maritime Law Bulletin (MALABU), and involved in several student organizations, including the National Black Law Student Association and Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society. Following law school, Ralitsa practiced civil litigation and personal injury law for three years in Charleston, South Carolina, where she honed her skills as a passionate advocate for her clients. Recently, she returned to her home state of Georgia to continue her legal career and serve her community.
The proud daughter and descendant of Haitian immigrants, Ralitsa deeply values her heritage and draws inspiration from her cultural background in both her personal and professional life.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring the city’s newest restaurants and entertainment/art venues.
