Kayla Jessup
Litigation Paralegal
Kayla Jessup is the paralegal to attorneys Harry Winograd, Jessica Wood, Robert Rigrish, and Rachel Barrick in the Firm’s business litigation team. Kayla has over 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, both in New York and in Georgia, and has been with the Firm since 2023 working primarily in litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes and corporate transactions. She is skilled in e-discovery, complex legal research, document preparation and review, filing, deposition and trial preparation, and has extensive knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
Originally born and raised in New York City, Kayla went on to attend the University of Chicago, where she majored in Political Science, and minored in Spanish while studying abroad in Spain. Throughout her time in college, Kayla was an active board member of the Organization of Black Students, the African and Caribbean Student Association, and the College Council Emergency Fund.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys exploring her new city of Atlanta and all that it has to offer. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and trying new restaurants.
