Cindy attended the University of Georgia and Columbus State University, and holds degrees in Social Science and Criminal Justice. Cindy joined the Firm in 2004 as Legal Assistant to Robert Wildstein and Jacob Maurer. In 2007, she was promoted to Litigation Paralegal and later obtained her paralegal certificate through the University of Georgia. Cindy has lived in the Atlanta area for almost 20 years, where she is active in her community and enjoys memberships with the Georgia Association of Paralegals (GAP), the National Federation of Paralegal Association (NFPA), the Georgia Conservancy, the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and the Roswell Historical Society.
Ann graduated with a B.S.A. from the University of Georgia. Ann has been with the firm since 2001 and is the legal assistant for Tim Ramsey, Stephen Bush and Rachel Ruskin. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and cheering on the Braves, Falcons and Bulldogs.
Jamie received a Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia, an Associate of Science Degree in Office Administration from Shoals Community College, and attended Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Alabama. She has been a Legal Assistant with Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. since 1999 and works with Harry Winograd, Jessica Wood and Robert Rigrish. Jamie is the proud mother of one and enjoys traveling, reading and exploring new adventures with her son.
Samantha came to Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. in 2014 and is the firm’s Marketing Coordinator. She currently attends Georgia State University working towards her Accounting and Computer Information Technology degrees. In her free time, Samantha enjoys doing graphic design, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.
Maxwell Dupuis joined the firm in 2019 and is the litigation paralegal to Benjamin Rachelson and Ira Rachelson. Maxwell received her Paralegal Certification from Clayton State University and also holds an Associate Degree from Bauder College. Maxwell currently resides in Kennesaw with her husband Shawn and their two boys. In her free time, Maxwell enjoys cheering for the New England Patriots, Atlanta Braves, spending time with the family, reading and sewing.
Adam graduated from Bowling Green State University and holds a BBA. Adam has been the Accounting and Office Manager for the firm since 2000, where he manages the billing department and handles the day to day accounting for the firm. Adam is currently the Treasurer for the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, traveling to Canada, camping in their RV and playing with his dogs.
Roma Jacobs joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in June of 2019 and is the Legal Assistant for Brian D. Bodker, Tom Rosseland and Stephen D. Dix. A native New Yorker, Roma moved to Atlanta “by accident” five years ago, and has come to love it. She enjoys traveling, volunteering with seniors, and all outdoor activities.
Terri joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in the fall of 2018 and is the paralegal to Stephen C. Andrews and John H. Killeen. She holds a degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and Paralegal certificate from Kennesaw State University. Terri has lived in Georgia for over twenty years and has three daughters.
Debi joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein as the Firm Administrator in 2013 and is currently the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Chapman University and holds a BS in Business Administration/Economics. Debi is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators. She enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with her husband, Sid, their families and friends.
Yolanda joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein P.C. in 2018. Yolanda holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Fort Valley State University. As a native of Savannah, she enjoys fishing and fun with her son, Landon.
