Benjamin M. Rachelson provides legal guidance to his clients in order to mitigate risk and advance client interest. He oversees his clients in a range of cross-functional skills that encompass drafting commercial contractual agreements, review and analysis of commercial leases and supply agreements, to a broad based practice governing all aspects of civil litigation.
In the construction arena, Benjamin has extensive familiarity with transactional matters ranging from vendor supply agreements to review and analysis AIA construction contracts, and related as project delivery methods, such as design build and PPP projects. Benjamin’s skills also include preparation and review of contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.
Benjamin’s clients also encompass the labor and employment sector, representing national firms specializing in credit collections and secured lending, in both Federal Bankruptcy Court and under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Benjamin’s knowledge in multiple industries has enabled him to establish his practice as a legal generalist to efficiently provide risk analysis for his clients on a variety of projects.
Benjamin’s background has led to experience in all levels of state and federal courts, leading bench trials, arbitration and mediation for his clients.
