Cindy Bastos is the paralegal to Robert Wildstein and Jake Maurer in the Firm’s litigation practice group. Cindy has over 15 years of background as a litigation and corporate paralegal, and has been with the Firm since 2004 working primarily in litigation with an emphasis on commercial collections and creditors’ rights. She has significant experience with garnishments, dispossessory (eviction) proceedings, foreclosures, and federal bankruptcies. She also has a broad knowledge of general litigation and is skilled in the areas of e-discovery, file management, document preparation, legal research, state and federal court procedure and annual corporate registrations.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Cindy attended Columbus State University and the University of Georgia, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Social Science. She also obtained her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia.
Cindy is an active member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals. She has a love for the outdoors and in her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking. She also enjoys crafting, college football, and Braves baseball.

Ann is the legal assistant to Tim Ramsey Brian Bodker and Christopher Day in the Firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups. Ann has been with the Firm since 2001 working mainly in the areas of corporate transactions, commercial real estate, loan transactions, trademarks, corporate governance, asset purchases and mergers. She has extensive experience in corporate formation, governance, stock transfers, trademark registration, commercial real estate contract drafting and preparation and closings.
Ann is originally from St. Louis but grew up in Atlanta. She received her B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Georgia and is a fan of all Atlanta sports teams. In her time away from work, Ann enjoys hiking, watching movies and spending time with her husband and 2 young boys.

Jamie Cheattom serves as a paralegal to Harry J. Winograd, Jessica J. Wood, Robert E. Rigrish and Brian S. Wilson in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. Jamie has been with the Firm since 2000 and has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery and trial, in federal and state court matters all over the country. She is also experienced in e-filing in federal and state courts, managing discovery documents, preparing court pleadings, case management and legal research.
Jamie is from Tuscumbia, Alabama and holds a degree in Office Administration from Shoals Community College. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, and exploring new adventures with her son.

She currently attends Georgia State University working towards her Accounting and Computer Information Technology degrees. In her free time, Samantha enjoys doing graphic design, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.

Adam Hentz is the Office Manager for Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. Adam brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Accounting. He assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Adam is the point person for vendors and other business representatives.
Adam is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Adam is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators where he served as former treasurer.
Adam and his wife live in Decatur. When he is not in the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, volunteering as a puppy raiser with the Guide Dog Foundation, traveling to Canada, and playing with his dogs.

Roma Jacobs joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in June of 2019 and is the Legal Assistant for Brian D. Bodker, Tom Rosseland and Stephen D. Dix. A native New Yorker, Roma moved to Atlanta “by accident” five years ago and has come to love it. She enjoys traveling, volunteering with seniors, and all outdoor activities.

Therese “Terri” Malloy is the paralegal to Stephen Andrews and John Killeen in the Firm’s family law practice group. Terri joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in 2018 as a legal assistant and was promoted to Paralegal after earning her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University later that year. Terri supports the family law team with e-filing, discovery demands and responses, legal research, drafting court documents and initiating and processing discovery for high asset divorces with all Superior Courts in Georgia. She assists with Probate and Fiduciary litigation matters and is also responsible for drafting documents, file management, corresponding with lawyers, legal staff, and clients.
Terri is from Lakewood, Ohio and holds a Psychology degree from Bowling Green State University. Terri is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters and two dogs. When she isn’t working, Terri loves to tackle home improvement projects.

Debi joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein as the Firm Administrator in 2013 and is currently the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Chapman University and holds a BS in Business Administration/Economics. Debi is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators. She enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with her husband, Sid, their families and friends.
