Cindy Bastos

Cindy Bastos is the paralegal to Robert Wildstein, Jake Maurer and Riley B. Liu in the Firm’s litigation practice group. Cindy has over 15 years of background as a litigation and corporate paralegal, and has been with the Firm since 2004 working primarily in litigation with an emphasis on commercial collections and creditors’ rights. She has significant experience with garnishments, dispossessory (eviction) proceedings, foreclosures, and federal bankruptcies. She also has a broad knowledge of general litigation and is skilled in the areas of e-discovery, file management, document preparation, legal research, state and federal court procedure and annual corporate registrations.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Cindy attended Columbus State University and the University of Georgia, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Social Science. She also obtained her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia.
Cindy is an active member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals. She has a love for the outdoors and in her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking. She also enjoys crafting, college football, and Braves baseball.

Samantha came to Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. in 2014 and is the Firm’s Marketing Coordinator. She currently attends Georgia State University working towards her Accounting and Computer Information Technology degrees. In her free time, Samantha enjoys doing graphic design, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.

Adam Hentz is the Office Manager for Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. Adam brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Accounting. He assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Adam is the point person for vendors and other business representatives.
Adam is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Adam is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators where he served as former treasurer.
Adam and his wife live in Decatur. When he is not in the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, volunteering as a puppy raiser with the Guide Dog Foundation, traveling to Canada, and playing with his dogs.

Roma Jacobs joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in June of 2019 and is the Legal Assistant for Brian D. Bodker, Tom Rosseland and Stephen D. Dix. A native New Yorker, Roma moved to Atlanta “by accident” five years ago and has come to love it. She enjoys traveling, volunteering with seniors, and all outdoor activities.

Madison Lacoste is the paralegal for Timothy Ramsey, Brian Bodker, Amit Patel, and Chris P. Day in the Firm’s corporate practice group. Madison has spent the past 2 years gaining experience as a paralegal in personal injury in Nashville, Tennessee before deciding to move back to her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. She is working primarily in business law with an emphasis on corporate transactions and intellectual property.
Madison attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business with a Legal Studies Emphasis.
During her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, taking her Bernedoodle puppy to the park, and working out. She also has a love for cooking and watching college football and baseball.

Therese “Terri” Malloy is the paralegal to Stephen Andrews and John Killeen in the Firm’s family law practice group. Terri joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in 2018 as a legal assistant and was promoted to Paralegal after earning her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University later that year. Terri supports the family law team with e-filing, discovery demands and responses, legal research, drafting court documents and initiating and processing discovery for high asset divorces with all Superior Courts in Georgia. She assists with Probate and Fiduciary litigation matters and is also responsible for drafting documents, file management, corresponding with lawyers, legal staff, and clients.
Terri is from Lakewood, Ohio and holds a Psychology degree from Bowling Green State University. Terri is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters and two dogs. When she isn’t working, Terri loves to tackle home improvement projects.

Debi joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein as the Firm Administrator in 2013 and is currently the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Chapman University and holds a BS in Business Administration/Economics. Debi is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators. She enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with her husband, Sid, their families and friends.

Yolanda Scott

Yolanda Scott is the Litigation Legal Assistant for the Business Litigation Team, including attorneys Harry Winograd, Jessica Wood, Robert Rigrish, and Rachel Barrick and paralegal Kayla Jessup. She became BRAWW’s receptionist in 2016 before being promoted to her current position.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at Fort Valley State University and pursued her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She served as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and worked as a youth counselor and Behavior Aide Specialist for Peach County Juvenile Court and Probation.
Yolanda enjoys spending time on the beach with her son, Landon, and supporting Landon’s football team. She also enjoys fishing for bass and catfish.
