Benjamin Rachelson provides legal guidance to his clients in order to mitigate risk and advance client interest. He oversees his clients in a range of cross-functional skills that encompass drafting commercial agreements, contract drafting, review and analysis, drafting, review and analysis of commercial leases and supply agreements, to a broad based practice in all aspects of civil litigation.
In the construction arena, Benjamin has extensive familiarity with transactional matters ranging from supply agreements to review and analysis to AIA construction contracts, as well as project delivery methods such as design build and PPP projects. Benjamin’s skills also include preparation and review of contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Benjamin’s skills also include labor and employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and representation of a large number of national firms specializing in credit collections and secured lending in Federal Bankruptcy Court and under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Benjamin’s knowledge in multiple industries has enabled him to establish his practice as a legal generalist to efficiently assist with risk analysis for all clients on a variety of projects.
Benjamin’s background has led to experience in all levels of state and federal courts and leading bench trials, arbitration and mediation for his clients. Benjamin is licensed to practice in Georgia.
