We handle complex multi-asset and multi-state collateral for these facilities and have extensive experience with respect to the Uniform Commercial Code, asset-based lending, trademarks, securities, motor vehicles, leasing due diligence, and real property collateral.

The firm can provide effective and cost efficient services in connection with the initial startup of a new business, or the acquisition or disposition of an existing business, the adding of new business lines or locations, as well as the adding of new personnel (either by employment or by equity ownership).
