Commercial Leasing

We represent landlords and tenants in preparation and negotiation of commercial leases for offices, warehouses and retail centers, and assist our clients in documenting amendments, modifications and assignments to the leases as the need arises. We address both growth and exit strategies. We also counsel clients on lease disputes and lease enforcement.

Because we routinely provide both landlord and tenant representation, we offer a well-rounded expertise and perspective in successfully concluding lease negotiations in a timely and efficient manner.
